Privacy

This policy covers the FirstOne Fitness website and the FirstOne Fitness mobile app. Last updated August 23, 2026.

Mobile app

The mobile app stores your selected effort track, completed starter days, one-tap body check, answers you chose in the plan builder, IDs of sessions you mark complete, and optional journal entries locally in app-private storage on your device. This information keeps your progress, generated plan, and journal available when you return. The mobile app does not attach dates or timestamps to plan completion or journal entries.

That on-device information is not sent to FirstOne Fitness or any third party. The app has no account, analytics, advertising, tracking, health-data connection, or cloud-sync service. Journal entries can be deleted individually or cleared together, the starter and plan have local reset controls, and deleting the app removes its locally stored information.

The app does not ask for HealthKit records or protected device permissions. The body check and journal are information you choose to enter, not measurements taken from a sensor or wearable.

Website plan and journal

The website's plan builder and optional journal use local browser storage so your answers, generated-plan progress, and journal entries can remain available in that browser. FirstOne Fitness does not receive that locally stored information. Clearing the relevant tool, clearing browser data, or using another browser or device removes or separates that local copy.

Website and waitlist

The website collects waitlist details so we can understand interest and contact people when the community opens. The form asks for basic contact and challenge preferences. Do not submit medical history, medication details, payment details, or private health information.

What happens when you join the waitlist

Your submission is sent to the durable waitlist service configured for this site. If external dispatch is unavailable and the production fallback is configured, the submission is stored privately in Vercel Blob so it is not lost. If no durable service accepts it, the form tells you to try again instead of showing a false success. This website is hosted on Vercel. When notification delivery is configured, Brevo sends us one email about the signup so a person can respond. That notification carries the details you submitted: your name, email address, and anything you chose to answer.

Source information

When you submit the form, we attach where the visit came from: campaign and source labels, UTM parameters, the landing page URL, and the referring site. This is stored with your submission so we know which content is working and which is not.

Analytics

Pages on this site use Vercel Analytics to count page views and product actions — for example, when someone starts the waitlist form, submits it, or marks a starter day complete. Those analytics events are configured without names, email addresses, form answers, plan answers, or journal content. We use these numbers to see what people use, not who they are. We run no advertising.

Keeping and removing information

We keep waitlist information for as long as we are building FirstOne Fitness and it helps us do that. There is no fixed retention schedule yet, and we will not pretend there is one.

There is no automated waitlist-deletion system. If you want to see, correct, or remove the information you submitted, email contact@nymrel.com and we will handle it by hand.

We do not sell waitlist information. If we use creator, partner, or participant stories in public marketing, we will ask for the needed permission and disclosure separately.
