Who's behind it
Dru started in February.
Not January 1. Dru Johnson started after New Year's, around the beginning of February, from a drive to get better mentally and physically — lock in on a routine, put his head down, and see where consistency could take him. It was never about a quick transformation.
He trained at home and in the gym, starting with whatever was available. Bodyweight work, push-ups, squats, walking, and simple daily structure came first. Bands, dumbbells, and a push-up board can help, but the starting point is the same — which is why the free starter asks for no equipment you don't already have.
Dru leads the beta from lived experience, not from coaching credentials. FirstOne makes no claim of certifications, client results, or professional qualification.
